Maintenance
We will have the home painted, cleaned and any maintenance items repaired before you move into your Levante apartment home.
No, you do not have to present for a service technician to perform work if you grant us with permission to enter.
Yes, we do have on-site maintenance at Levante Apartment Homes.
You are welcome to log into your resident portal to place in a routine maintenance request. If you find this is urgent, please contact our office number 909-587-6387 (if after hours; follow prompts to be connected to a live representative)
If you are locked out after office hours, you have to contact a locksmith at your own expense and provide the leasing office with a key. If you are locked out during business hours, please contact the leasing office.
Amenities
Yes, parking is available at Levante Apartment Homes. The majority are assigned parking spaces, but we also have private garages for certain units.
The community offers (2) BBQ grills, Pool/Spa, Outdoor Fireplace, Fitness Center & Tot Lot. For a full list, please visit here.
The pool is available to use between 8 am - 10 pm.
Yes, we are a pet friendly community.
Our standard appliances included with each home are washer/dryer stackable, gas stove, double door refrigerators, garbage disposal, dishwasher & microwave.
No, we do not offer furnished apartment homes.
Administrative
The application process can take 3-5 business days from the time of the applications being completed.
You are welcome to pay rent on the resident portal (ACH-free, credit/debit for a fee) or bring in your payment to the Leasing Office with with a personal check, cashier's check or money order.
Yes, we do require renter's insurance w/ the minimum personal liability of $100,000 along with listing Levante Apartment Homes as an interested party.
You are welcome to use Spectrum or AT&T for your needs.
Yes, we offer (2) options to exercise depending on which best suits your needs that we can go over in detail.
You can set up your utilities on the provider website(s) &/or call them directly.
Utilities are separate and they are not included in your rent.
Yes, the combined income must be at least 2.5x monthly rent for approval.

The apartments are very nice and quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Asha Johnson and Lidia Alvarado. They have both been a big help to me and my partner.

I moved in late August this year and everything has gone smoothly. The apartment is always well maintained in all the common areas. It's equipped with a gym, bbq grill area, and a huge swimming pool just to list a few outside amenities. The staff is amazing especially Lidia. She always provides excellent customer service. There is definitely a sense of family community including the events that are hosted. Overall, the only thing that is missing are elevators. ??

My fiancé & I have been living here for 2 years now & we have just renewed for year 3 & we love it here! It’s a very safe community & management is easy to get a hold of & talk to. Lidia is always so nice & helpful with any questions we have. Our maintanence technician Asha Johnson is awesome! She’s always greeting us with a smile, she is prompt in any maintanence request we put in, & we know it will get fixed with no more problems. We love the cute events management puts together
