No, we do not offer furnished apartment homes.
Administrative
The application process can take 3-5 business days from the time of the applications being completed.
You are welcome to pay rent on the resident portal (ACH-free, credit/debit for a fee) or bring in your payment to the Leasing Office with with a personal check, cashier's check or money order.
Yes, we do require renter's insurance w/ the minimum personal liability of $100,000 along with listing Levante Apartment Homes as an interested party.
You are welcome to use Spectrum or AT&T for your needs.
Yes, we offer (2) options to exercise depending on which best suits your needs that we can go over in detail.
You can set up your utilities on the provider website(s) &/or call them directly.
Utilities are separate and they are not included in your rent.
Yes, the combined income must be at least 2.5x monthly rent for approval.
Maintenance
We will have the home painted, cleaned and any maintenance items repaired before you move into your Levante apartment home.
No, you do not have to present for a service technician to perform work if you grant us with permission to enter.
Yes, we do have on-site maintenance at Levante Apartment Homes.
You are welcome to log into your resident portal to place in a routine maintenance request. If you find this is urgent, please contact our office number 909-587-6387 (if after hours; follow prompts to be connected to a live representative)
If you are locked out after office hours, you have to contact a locksmith at your own expense and provide the leasing office with a key. If you are locked out during business hours, please contact the leasing office.
